Nissan Motor Company CEO Carlos Ghosn speaks with Anaheim University MBA students - 09/26/07
On Saturday, September 22nd Nissan Motor Company CEO Carlos Ghosn engaged in an interactive Q&A session with over 100 students and graduates of the Anaheim University Akio Morita School of Business MBA program. The event was held at the Anaheim University Akio Morita Learning Center in Minami Aoyama, Tokyo.
During the Q&A session, Mr. Ghosn fielded a diverse range of management-related questions from MBA students from over 20 different countries. Anaheim University students from outside Japan who were unable to attend the seminar had the opportunity to send their questions ahead of time by e-mail, and the event was recorded on video and webcast over the Internet.
According to Anaheim University Liaison Officer David Bracey, the event was a great success. "Words don't express how pleased we were to have Mr. Ghosn volunteer his time to share his experience as CEO of two of the worlds' largest automobile makers with our MBA students and graduates. The way he connected with the students was remarkable and Mr. Ghosn's ability to communicate across cultures made him the perfect speaker for an event like this where we had students from all over the world in attendance. It was truly an unforgettable experience for both our students and graduates." Anaheim University MBA graduate Julio Garcia concurred by saying "Having the opportunity to talk with Mr. Ghosn and to ask him questions was a great experience that I will never forget."
